Ms. Mmoninyana M. Rantsudu is a dynamic Certified Human Resource Management Professional, with 14 years experience in leading transformative Human Capital Strategy and 11 years in Business Development within a fast paced and complex environment to achieve the desired results in financial Institutes, Parastatals, Retail and hospitality.
She holds a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School (Italy) through the Valencian International University (VIU-Spain). Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). A John Maxwell Coach who is an expert communicator with proficient interpersonal skills. A Member of the South African Board of People Practice (SABPP) and the Certified Human Resource Management Professional Academy (CHRMPA).
Mmoni has gained experience in the corporate governance space and is currently serving as a Board Member and the Chairperson of the HR and Remuneration Committee for Babereki Insurance Brokers
